Vegan Ranch Dressing - Nut-Free & No Added Oil
Everyone needs a good ranch dressing in their repertoire, and this one couldn’t be easier! The base is vegan yogurt, and I love soy yogurt for this, but there are plenty of new unsweetened almond and cashew vegan yogurts around now too.

1 OXO Dressing Shaker
Ingredients

cup
plain unsweetened soy milk
*use other nondairy milk to make soy-free

apple cider vinegar
1/2

unsweetened plain vegan yogurt
, homemade soy is the best

granulated garlic
1 1/2
tsp
salt

onion powder

tsp
dill

tsp
black pepper
salt or salt substitute
, to taste
Instructions
Add the apple cider vinegar to the soy milk and let sit for about 5 minutes. It will thicken, or clabber - basically turn into vegan buttermilk.
Whisk all the ingredients together, or shake them in my favoeite OXO dressing shaker.
Taste, add salt or salt sub, taste again, then adjust as needed.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 to 10 days.
