Ingredients

cups
strawberries
fresh or frozen (I used fresh )
3/4
cup
ripe pears
canned, fresh, or frozen
1
teaspoon
elderberry or elderflower white balsamic vinegar
Instructions
For the Pint
Blend all the ingredients together. Taste and adjust sweetener if needed.
Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint.
Freeze for 24 hours.
For the Spin
Level off the pint if you have a hump or volcano.
Spin on the sorbet setting.
If not creamy, spin again on respin.
Still not smooth? Add 2 tablespoons water and respin again.
