3 or 4 qt slow cooker
Ingredients
1Tofurky, thawed and taken out of wrapper
1cupwater
1/4cupmaple syrup
1/4cupnutritional yeast
1tablespoonBetter than Boullion vegetable flavoror 2 homemade vegetable bouillon cubes
3/4teaspoonmarjoram
1/2teaspoonthyme
1/4teaspoonsgarlic powder
1/4teaspoonsonion powder
1/4teaspoonsrubbed sage
1/8teaspoonsblack pepper
Instructions
Place the tofurky in your 2 to 3 quart slow cooker. Mix the sauce ingredients together and pour over the Tofurky.
Cook on low 7 to 9 hours. If you are at home you can turn the roast over once or twice, but it's fine if you don't. Just make sure to pour gravy over all the servings.
