unsweetened plain non-dairy milk

nutritional yeast

tapioca starch
, or arrowroot powder

lactic acid

Stir-In Ingredients
1 1/2
cups
crushed tomatoes
, a little more or less won't hurt anything

teaspoon
Italian seasoning
, or a mix or oregano, basil, thyme, and rosemary
Instructions
Add all the blender ingredients to a high speed blender.
Blend until it starts to heat up and the sound changes.
If it's too thick when you check just add some water and blend until incorporated.
Add to a fondue pot or a small slow cooker to keep warm.
Stir in the crushed tomatoes and Italian seasonings and mix well.
Dip cooked small potatoes, steamed veggies, toasted bread, air fried tofu chunks or what ever delights you!
