mashed fresh cantaloupe

cup
non-dairy milk
, or more if needed to reach the max fill line

tablespoons
vegan honey
to taste , or other liquid sweetner - even date paste

teaspoon
vanilla
Instructions
For the Pint
Blend all the ingredients together. Taste and adjust sweetener if needed.
Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint.
Freeze for 24 hours.
For the Spin
Level off the pint if you have a hump or volcano.
Spin on the light ice cream setting.
If not creamy, spin again on respin.
Still not smooth? Add 2 tablespoons water and respin again.
