But you don’t have to stop there. Add in some of the flavor options to make an herb gravy.

1cupgluten-free oat flouror ground rolled oats or another gf flour

Flavor Options - use none, one, or a combo to get the flavor you want
1tablespoonVegan Chickeny Bouillon Powder
1tablespoonfresh chopped herb or combodill, basil, oregano, thyme, etc.
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoonpaprika
1/2teaspoonpoultry seasoning
Instructions
Blend all ingredients into a smooth powder. Feel free to leave out the salt if you are on a salt-restricted diet.
Store in an airtight container.
Notes
To make gravy: Lightly toast 1/4 cup mix in a large saute pan on medium heat. Then add about 1 and a half (1 1/2) cups of water and turn the heat to high whisking the whole time.
