Easy Vegan Date Caramel Hummus Recipe- No Refined Sugar (Dessert Dip)
I know, dessert hummus may not sound exciting—but stay with me. In this recipe, we’re using beans to make up the bulk of our dip, then adding dates and vanilla to give it that caramel goodness. Use it on apples, pears, and more!

Ingredients
1can chickpeasdrained aquafaba reserved
¾cupdates
1tablespoon non-dairy milkor aquafaba or water - use as much as needed to blend
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
Add the dates to a bowl and cover with some filtered water to soak for 30 minutes. Strain the water out of the dates.
Combine the dates and chickpeas to your blender or small food processor along with the vanilla.
Blend until smooth, adding your liquid of choice to thin it out enough to blend smoothly.
