Easy Vegan Cheese Powder Recipe - Made with Rolled Oats
Cheryl, my grown-up picky eater, loves her boxed mac and chez, so it can be hard to get her into gourmet territory.If she’s not interested in trying one of my experimental dinners, she always pulls a box of mac and chez out of the pantry. Now I have a much healthier and inexpensive option for her to eat, which makes me feel better. Just boil up the mac, strain and add this powder to non-dairy milk in the pan. Whisk and stir in the noodles!This makes 2 cups the vegan cheese powder, but you can double or triple the recipe if you want!
