Fondue Ingredients

cooked white beans
,or one 15.5 oz canned drained and rinsed
1 ¼
cup
water
, or unsweetened plain non-dairy milk

blanched almonds
, soaked at least 4 hours

cup
nutritional yeast

tablespoon
white miso
,can sub other kinds

teaspoon
lactic acid
, or apple cider vinegar

teaspoon
granulated garlic

teaspoon
onion powder

teaspoon
dry mustard powder
salt or salt substitute
, to taste
For the dippers
Steamed baby carrots
Steamed broccoli
Seared pressed tofu cubes
Steamed tempeh
Toasted bread cubes
Instructions
Blend everything together until silky smooth.
Taste and adjust seasonings until your tongue sings a happy song <3
Heat up on the stove, in a slow cooker, or in your favorite fondue set.
Serve with cubes of bread, lightly steamed veggies, extra firm tofu chunks, apple and pear slices. Enjoy then repeat!
