There are 2 different sizes. My recommendation is to use a tape measure on your insert and take that to the store.

I have been looking for a way to make dumplings in the instant pot, and the timing of the steaming was perfect! Just bought an instapot today during a great sale after eyeing them for over a year! My son and husband are both vegetarian and I don’t have many recipes to keep them satisfied. They just finished many months of a box delivery, and were disappointed in the taste of the food, the fat content and packaging waste. They greatly prefer my cooking, so I am looking everywhere for inspiration. Hopefully the new instapot and this good looking recipe will turn our dinner frowns upside down!

It should be close to the same for sure. I’ve also steamed store-bought frozen ones for about the same time.

I get mine at the Asian market, so they are not mainstream brands. I have not found a vegan one in major grocery stores.

I am curious which brand is vegan. I’ve looked and all of them have eggs.

Made this tonight and it was SO good! And simple! I used a spicy sauce I made from a separate Asian salad recipe. My mouth is still on fire and I love it!

You would use the paper in both. It’s to keep the dumplings from sticking.
