You can cook it less for sure. Just cook until the cauliflower is done.

(I like to double or triple my meal prep and put the extra meals into the freezer for later). I’m thinking I’d freeze the sauce separately from the vegetables, and probably leave out the mushrooms, right? Then take it all out of the freezer the night before so that they’re thawed to go into the slow cooker. Does that sound like it would work?
