I would add in 1/4 cup cooked white sweet potatoes or okara – or 2 tablespoon white beans as a thickener. You will have to adjust the other ingredients.

This was a lovely, subtle flavor. I used almond butter. I added a couple of tablespoons of cashew milk when it was still powdery after spinning twice. A base of mostly water helps keep calories low.

There will be pulp to strain out after you blend.

I love my ninja creami! I don’t understand something in this recipe regarding the 1/2 cup oats. It mentions you can strain the mixture or not, but doesn’t mention why the oats would be strained since there is nothing to strain. Are the oats soaked? It’s not in the recipe. Id love to make this but I want to do it right!
Thanks,
Judy

I am using homemade almond/cashew milk and frozen berries all blended first. Any thoughts?

It was absolutely delicious!
