When you freeze it does make it taste less sweet.

I was disappointed in my Cantaloupe creami. My fruit was so sweet but the final product was very bland. I added more sweetener on the respin, but it didn’t really help the taste.

If you put the Ninja mixture into the freezer to freeze it initially – keep the top off. . .then you will have a perfectly flat top without the need to smooth it down. Voila! It’s all a matter of physics. 🙂
