My trick with the Ninja is to let the container sit for 10-15 min out of the freezer before I spin it. Then, once it is spun, what I don’t eat goes back in the freezer and as long as I let it sit for 10-15 min (depends on how full it is) it’s just as creamy as it was when it was first spun! I make these all the time as burger or sandwich rolls. I also make them for breakfasts with tons of cinnamon, raisins, and a touch of date or maple syrup. Of all the vegan, gf breads I’ve ever tried, this is the one I make the most. I can’t thank you enough for the wonderful recipe.

In the video after you pulled out the air fryer pan, you didn’t put it back in to cook more.. is / was that deliberate?

I’m going to have to try rehydrating these in Pineapple juice and then trying this again… but these were good…

They’re in the bulk section (yeah, they’ve got the bags too but bulk is the way to go because they seem to refill the bin’s 4 – 5 times a day… )
And if I want soy crumbs, Butler makes those too and they’re in the bulk section as well..

And I’ve discovered they make good taco meat replacements… Rehydrating them with taco seasoning and better than boulian non-chicken chickn broth does wonders..

I love the idea of adding blended oats to the mix! Made with soy milk, my mug was deliciously creamy. I did have to add some extra sugar because I’m used to drinking the prepackaged stuff, but it was great otherwise. I added a few drops of peppermint extract.
