Made them with white beans and they were good. The texture was just right. Next time I’ll add a little more kelp granules. Yum! Mine did not turn brown as yours did. Is it because I baked them in the regular oven? I’ll try the air fryer next.

If you can have white beans, that’s my next choice. But if you can’t have beans, mashed potatoes should work.

I’ve had a can of jackfruit in the pantry for a few weeks and I finally found the best recipe for them. We just loved these vegan crab cakes. My oldest daughter is hard to please and she is still raving over these cakes. Super delicious!
