How to make this lavender syrup

Dissolve the sugar

Stir and cook the sugar-water mix until it dissolves into the syrup. In other words, make the base simple syrup.

Add the lavender

Stir in the lavender. Steep for a few minutes and tweak the flavor to your liking.

Strain to remove the lavender buds then store in the fridge for a few weeks.

Can I make syrup in my Instant Pot or slow cooker?

Absolutely! Just add all the ingredients to your trusty slow cooker, set it up, and you're good to go. Just use the slow cooker setting on your Instant Pot if that's what you want to use.
