Recently chose to be a plant-based eater.
Got your book ( vegan slow cooking) at the library and enjoyed it so much that I ordered it and just received it today. I look forward to many great meals.
Living alone, I think I will switch to a smaller slow cooker to avoid waste.

Thanks for the creative recipes to make vegan eating so yummy and good looking too
