Vegan Slow Cooker Veggie Loaf

Pull out your slow cooker and let's get ready!

You'll need:

- Kidney beans - Rolled oats - Pecans - Liquid from kidney beans - Portobello mushrooms - Nutritional yeast - Tomato paste - Vegan Worcestershire sauce - herbs and flavorings

Step 1

Mix all the loaf ingredients together, and store in the fridge until the morning. 

Step 2

Pat the loaf mixture into the slow cooker. Cook on low.

Step 3

Mix the ketchup sauce, then spread over the top of the loaf.
