Tofurky Recipe with Maple Herb Gravy

– Tofurky, thawed and taken out of wrapper – maple syrup – nutritional yeast – vegetable bouillon – marjoram – thyme – garlic powder – onion powder – rubbed sage – black pepper

Make sure to thaw your Tofurky and cut it out of the plastic!

Step 1

Place the tofurky in your 2 to 3 quart slow cooker.

Step 2

Mix the sauce ingredients together and pour over the Tofurky.

Step 3

Cook on low 7 to 9 hours.

Step 4

If you are at home you can turn the roast over once or twice, but it’s fine if you don’t.

Make sure to pour gravy over all the servings.
