– vegan stuffing – mixed cauliflower, broccoli and carrots  – green peas – corn kernels – chickpeas, crumbled tempeh or vegan meat-free chicken – rubbed sage – thyme – salt – rosemary – pepper – vegan gravy

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F and either prepare an 8.5″ x 11″ pan or similar sized casserole dish.

Step 2

Cook the stuffing according to the directions on the package. Set aside to cool.

Step 3

Spread the mixed vegetables, peas, corn and protein of your choice evenly across the pan. 

Step 4

Top the veggies with gravy as evenly as you can, then put the stuffing on top.

Step 5

Cover with foil, place pan on a baking sheet to catch drips and bake for 45 minutes.

Serve with extra gravy on the side!
