You'll Need:

– steel-cut oats – unsweetened nondairy milk – dried figs – ground cardamom – orange flower water – vanilla extract FOR THE TOPPING – 1 tablespoon each, 8 g chopped pistachios, (8 g) walnuts, and (8 g) almonds –  agave nectar, maple syrup, or date syrup – Pinch cinnamon

The night before

1. Add all the ingredients except the toppings. 2. Cook on low overnight (7 to 9 hours).

In the morning

Stir your oatmeal well. It may seem watery at the top but if stirred it should be a more uniform consistency.

Make the Topping

Mix all the topping ingredients together and top your oatmeal with it.
