I love watermelon. I never thought about juicing it since I never have leftovers, even when I buy the biggest in the store. Maybe I should just start a watermelon farm. My five kids would ensure nothing goes to waste, especially if I make a kid-friendly version of this recipe for them (not me…I get the real version!).

I’m betting no luck required! Another fun thing I’ve done? If you get REALLY good watermelon, you slice it and then pour on a margarita mixture and let it soak in. My guests literally asked if they could lick their plates.I love watermelon so I’ll be seeing what you’re up to! 🙂
