I made this yesterday, and my boyfriend ate the leftovers for lunch! He’s not a leftover guy and wasn’t sold on tempeh as a food before, so this is a sterling recommendation. We’ll definitely make it again!

i made this last night! well i prepped it last night and then left it in my slowcooker through the night and then I ate it for lunch just now – pretty good! i added extra water b/c I was leaving it 8.5 hours, but I think I would not do that if i made it again. The flavor wasn’t out-of-this-world, but for how easy it was, you can’t really beat it 🙂

My tempeh was still a little bitter despite steaming… I miss tempeh that is homemade (used to live near gainesville, fl)! Hopefully I can find some somewhere near DC.

Yup, saving this recipe to make! And I have some tempeh in the fridge with Mushroom Stroganoff’s name written all over it 🙂
