It may be just me but it was extremely difficult to read the names of the pies as they appeared to be in a yellow color. Otherwise they look delicious and I plan on trying several of them (not all at once though!). Thanks for sharing.

Wow, these pies look amazing! If any of your readers are looking for an unusual variation that is gluten free, sugar free, flour free, soy free, low fat and absolutely delicious, here’s my latest effort. The “secret” ingredient is persimmon. 🙂
