I just stumbled on your site seeking Teff flour ideas. Have you ever added 1/2 cup of pumpkin to this recipe? My daughter and I love gf pumpkin waffles from the store. I was wondering if I added pumpkin, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon, and possibly a touch of maple syrup or brown sugar how it would turn out? Let me know if you have another recipoe that fits this description better or ideas? Thanks so much!
