I just bought some organic dried figs at Costco yesterday. I’m going to have to make this soon. Have you ever tried soaking your oats before to remove the enzyme inhibitors (phytic acid)? It make your oatmeal more digestible and allows your body to more readily absorb all the nutrients in the grain.
