This is quite similar to the cukes and onions my mom makes to this day. A summer garden staple! I’ll try it next time with the agave instead of the sugar Mom added. She often added mustard seed to hers too.

Love the Weck jar! That is a shape I haven’t found yet. I’ll be on the prowl for that one. Pretty on the table.
