Thank you, I have the OATRAGEOUS cookbook(and a few others) and I love it. I have made a triple batch of this gravy mix twice. I omit the marjoram for my own personal preference, and make it with soy milk. WOW that is the closest thing in the plant base gravy I have found to making a roux with fat. I toasted my oats first in my Breville oven on the toast setting it works great. I can’t say enough great things about this and several other recipes I have tried. THANKS, SO MUCH FOR WHAT YOU YOU DO.

I tried using the food processor, but didn’t get a really fine powder. So after I made my first batch of gravy from it, I used my ninja to whip it into a smooth liquid. And it was awesome! We had it with Gardein Turk’s cutlets and mashed potatoes. Even my carnivore roommate was wowed! Thank you!!!
