The eye I used was accidentally vegan and I bought it years ago and never found vegan ones again. The easiest way is sliced filled olives like on these deviled potatoes: https://healthyslowcooking.com/purple-potato-eyes-smoked-avocado-mousse/

But you can make your own: https://www.asaucykitchen.com/edible-googly-eyes-recipe/ or my sweet cheater version is to get a mini vegan. marshmellow cut in half and top with a min i chocolate chip.

Hello! I love this so so much. I’m doing an event where I’ll have to feed a lot of children and this is perfect. I’m just wondering, how do you do the eye on the monster? It’s the perfect garnish for my event and I think the kids will get a huge kick of it – I want to do it right! Thank you
