This burger was great! I’m not a vegan but I love eating healthy and I love pumpkin and Harry Potter.
FYI- You have a typo in step 4…it says over instead of oven.

Thanks for sharing this! I love this idea. I’m not a huge Harry Potter fan, but I DO like the idea of a burger that is different & has ORANGE veggies : ) I get tired of burgers all tasting so much alike, and I’ve been looking for something different.
