This recipe is a lifesaver for those trying to eat more green without all the oil. I halved the recipe and mixed in a little hummus at the end (the ACV was a little strong for my taste). Also, didn’t have onion or marjoram, but still! Bookmarked!

I love the idea of creamy ranch dressing made with avocados, Kathy. What a gorgeous salad! In our family, big salads are often the whole meal so I am pinning this on my Recipes to Try board.
